AC failure at night. Temperature in the room reached 81 degrees fahreneheit. Wedged trash can in window to survive the night.

The place is good and had a nice stay. Satisfying hotel, well maintained, restored. Room was clean and the furniture is beautiful. Staff are nice, friendly and accommodating!

John the owner He runs a grand old hotel in downtown Bath Bar and restaurant on the premise Great in town location just across the street from the city park Good luck finding a better hotel value in the area If youre the entitled Ken or Karen type you should probably head over to the Quality Inn and spend $150 a night for your generic motel experience

The location was excellent and the staff was outstanding. The meals in the hotel restaurant were excellent, the drinks in the hotel bar were a great value, and even the elevator was above average, bright and clean. We were in walking distance of at least three great restaurants and bars.

The hotel is old and a bit outdated, but I expected that and enjoyed it for what it was. Staff was friendly and accommodating. This hotel could be so much more with a little TLC.
